Last night the sky was again red and cloudy with blue space breaking through. You could see the mountains in the distance. Spectacular!

The Day After The Rainbow (UPDATED)

Two days ago it rained a lot again. At the end of the day, there was the largest rainbow I have ever seen over our housing compound. Unfortunately, by the time I walked to the end of the street to my house, it had faded. Sorry no photos of the rainbow. But I will post a photo of the red clouds in the evening soon.

Yesterday was a fantstic blue sky day. This place has such amazing natural beauty, it makes the polluted days that much more frustrating.

Yesterday, after many consecutive days of death smog, it rained. It rained a lot. Then it rained some more. My wife was stuck in a taxi for a couple of hours until the other taxis that were floating by touched ground again and it was safe to drive. Pictures forthcoming.
